We grow over 50 types and 300 varieties of vegetables, melons, berries and herbs. We grow many heirloom and open-pollinated varieties. We are focused on soil health, and developing a system that integrates animals, cover crops and small grains into the vegetable rotation. We use No synthesized fertilizers, pesticides, herbicides, or treated seeds. Our potting soil is approved for organic production. We plan our planting and harvest schedule on the lunar calendar.
